The Dance – FruitAndNut
FruitAndNut is a mother-daughter creative collaboration between Moira Peckham (Fruit — they/them), a writer of fiction, poetry and nonfiction working across public institutions, ocean ecology and science fiction, and Hilary Saner (Nut — she/her), a mixed-media artist whose works on paper — built from collage, embroidery, ink and tissue paper — explore the threshold between concealment and emergence. The collaboration treats conversation itself as a creative act: the poems were written in response to the images, not as captions but as independent acts of looking. The work exists where form meets feeling.
