Our journals and books are custom-printed by a print-on-demand service. As such, we do not accept returns.
Damages During Shipment
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within seven days of receipt. You must provide the information on your packing slip and a photo of the damaged package. Once we receive those, we will work with the printer to arrange a replacement shipment.
Cancellations
Once you place an order, your journal or book will go into production within a few hours. Therefore, we cannot guarantee an order cancellation. Regardless, if you place an order by mistake, contact us immediately, and we will attempt to stop production on your order. If we are successful, you will receive a full refund.
Lost or Undelivered Shipments
Our journals and books are shipped via USPS or the equivalent, depending on your location. Where available, shipment tracking can used to locate a package. Tracking is not always available for shipments to countries outside the United States.Â

- 6-8 business days: UK, France, Ireland
- 9-12 business days: Canada, Spain
- 11-14 business days: US, Netherlands
- 13-17 business days: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden
- 15-18 business days: Mexico
- 23-26 business days: Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Japan, Peru, South Korea, United Arab Emirates
Based on the above estimates, if you have not received your order five business days beyond your anticipated delivery date, please contact us, and we will help track your order.Â
